About LUNARC
A founder-led AI studio in Melbourne. The person you talk to is the person who designs, builds and installs your system. We work with owner-led small and medium businesses that want the busywork off their plate.
Because the work does not pass through layers. One specialist scopes it, builds it and stays on it, so nothing gets lost in handover and you never explain your business twice. Small also means we only take on work we can deliver properly.
Owner-led businesses where the owner is still the bottleneck: trades, professional services, brokers, consultancies, wholesalers and operators like them. If recurring work routes through you, we can probably take a piece of it off you.
The AIOS
The AIOS is an AI operating system installed around your business. It learns how your business runs, watches your numbers, remembers every meeting and call, and hands you one brief every morning with what matters and what needs you. We install it one layer at a time, then build the AI agents and automations that do the actual work on top of it.
No. A chatbot answers questions. The AIOS runs work. It reads your numbers, drafts the follow-ups, remembers every conversation, and reports to you instead of waiting to be asked. Chat is just one way to talk to it.
Yes. The system runs on accounts you own, and everything we build is handed over with plain-English documentation. It is not a seat you rent. If we part ways, the system stays with you and keeps working.
Your data stays in accounts you control, and each layer only gets access to what it needs to do its job. AI platforms process some of your data to do the work, and you see exactly what each one sees before anything is connected. We do not make blanket security promises: you get the real boundaries in writing, in plain English, as part of your scope.
What we build
Voice agents that answer your phone, chat agents for your website and messaging apps, workflow automations that clear the admin, and AI employees that run recurring jobs on their own server. Each one works on its own or wired into your AIOS, so you can start with a single build and grow from there.
The ones you already run on: your email, calendar, accounting software, CRM and messaging apps. The AIOS connects to your existing accounts rather than replacing them. If a tool can export data or has an API, we can usually wire it in.
No. We handle the install, the wiring and the upkeep, and everything is handed over in plain English. If you can send an email and read a morning message, you can run your AIOS. You bring the knowledge of your business; the technical side is ours.
Cost & process
With a conversation. Take the two-minute assessment or book a discovery call, whichever suits. From there, an audit maps how work moves through your business and scores where AI pays back, so the build starts with evidence instead of guesses. Then we build, deploy and hand over.
The first layers go in during week one, and most installs are fully live in two to three weeks. Anything we build on top, like a voice agent or an automation, is scoped with its own timeline up front. No enterprise rollouts, no quarters.
Case by case. For most small teams the assessment costs nothing. Larger or more complex operations get a scoped audit, priced on the call, and when a fee applies it credits toward your build.
We stay on. The system is monitored, tuned and extended as your business changes, and you keep a direct line to the person who built it. Most clients add layers over time as the first ones prove themselves.
Businesses shopping for the cheapest possible bot, teams that want a self-serve tool to tinker with, and anyone without real recurring work to hand over. The AIOS is built for owner-led businesses where the owner is the bottleneck and wants out of it.
